Please join me for Reiki Level 1 training!

Reiki is an incredible tool of relaxation and healing. It brings balance to the mind and body, awareness of where our energetic blocks are and seeks to bring us back to synchronicity and harmony.

If you've been feeling called to learn more about your own energy and the energies around you, to deepen your knowledge of holistic healing or are just curious and feeling in need of something new, then this training is for you.

Level 1 training will focus on your own healing journey, while teaching you the tools you need to offer this practice to others.

Become attuned to the energy of Usui Reiki. 

Learn how to do Reiki for yourself and others.  

Learn the history and principles of Usui Reiki.  

Learn the 7 main chakras of the energy system. 

Learn the traditional Japanese Techniques.

You will receive a Level 1 Manual, as well as a pendulum.

Upon completion, you will receive a certificate in Usui Reiki Level 1 and will be able to register with the Canadian Reiki Association.

When: Sunday, March 7, 2021, 9am-6pm

There are 4 spots available in this training. 

Payment is through e-transfer only.  Please send to info@solastahealingarts.com, password reiki1, immediately on registering. 

Please bring a mat or something to sit on, water, notebook and pen, and a mask. Masks will be required.  

There will be a break for lunch, in which you are welcome to use the kitchen or go out.

This training is being scheduled with the anticipation that we'll be moving out of lockdown. If lockdown remains in place, the training will be rescheduled and if necessary payments refunded.
