This  week long retreat takes place in the beautiful country of Nicaragua at Eden on the Chocolata. Stay in this luxuriously rustic location surrounded by jungle with the beach just a short walk away.

During this week, each day will offer a different theme to explore that allows you to know more about yourself. 

You will have the opportunity to welcome in deep inner work and energetic and emotional healing in a safe container away from everyday life. 

If that's not what you feel you need, you can simply enjoy the yoga, meditation, jungle, ocean and a great time spent with great people! 

You'll have the option of surf lessons or horseback riding at an extra cost.  

Individual Reiki sessions are available at extra cost.

Massage is available at extra cost. 

When: Saturday, November 18th to Saturday, November 25th, 2023 (7 nights)

A typical day at Eden will look something like this (please note this is subject to change):

8am - Breakfast

9am - Morning Yoga and Meditation Practice 

11am - optional workshop on energetic topics and healing work

1pm - free time for surfing, horseback riding, the beach, the jungle gym, San Juan del Sur

6pm - Dinner

7pm Evening yoga and meditation practice

8:30pm Healing practice, group reiki, ceremony

Meals included are breakfast and dinner (vegetarian), as well as water, tea and coffee. 

No need to pack your yoga mat or props. These items will be provided! 

Rooms are shared. Each room has its own bathroom, balcony with hammock and either a garden or ocean view. 

Room options are as follows:

Bungalow 1 - Sleeps 2 people - choice of king size bed or 2 singles (BOOKED)

Bungalow 2 - Sleeps 2 people - choice of king size bed or 2 singles (BOOKED)

Bungalow 3 - Sleeps 2 people - choice of king size bed or 2 singles (BOOKED)

Bungalow 4 - Sleeps 2 people - choice of king size bed or 2 singles 

Bungalow 5 - Sleeps 3 people - choice of king size bed or 2 singles plus one single bed 

Bungalow 6 - Sleeps 4 people - 2 bedrooms with choice of king size bed or 2 singles 

If you are attending solo, you will be put in a shared room with someone of the same sex, unless you specify you would like a private room.

Deposit:  $450 non-refundable deposit required. 

If you wish to book a single room, cost is $2400 (does include taxes, does not include flights). A private room will be subject to availability.

The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is due on registering to hold your spot. Instructions will be emailed to you to make this payment. 

Cost of retreat includes transport from Managua to Eden. The time of the transport will be specified closer to the date. If you miss the arranged transportation it will be your responsibility to acquire an alternative.

If you wish to acquire your own transport to Eden you are welcome to and assistance can be provided.

If you wish to arrive early or stay later, there is an option to book that once you're registered.  Airport transportation will be your responsibility if you are arriving early or staying later. 

Flights are your responsibility. Movement Travel can help with this by request. 

Travel insurance is mandatory. Proof must be provided.
