Please join me for a Mantra and Meditation class!

This one hour class will feature the chanting of Mantra to open the chakra system, followed by meditation.

No experience is necessary.

The vocalization of Mantra can strengthen your auric field, shift your brain, clear the subconscious mind and help regulate your nervous system.

This is a powerful practice with immediate results.

When: Monday, December 6th

Time: 7pm-8pm

Where: Jem Glamorganics Spa - 1825 Manning Road, unit 400

Cost: $20+hst ($22.60)

This group is limited to 12 participants.

Payment must be made through email transfer to info@solastahealingarts.com immediately on registering.  

Please ensure you RSVP. 

Once purchased, refunds can be made no later than 48 hours prior to class.  Beyond 48hrs a refund will not be given. 

Please bring a yoga mat or meditation cushion to sit on. Any other props to assist you in feeling comfortable are welcome.
