Service Description

This commitment is for those who are ready to create change and transformation within themselves. A personalized plan will be created for you. This will include 6 one-on-one sessions with Sarah, which may include Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation Journeys, Spiritual Response Therapy, Healing Breath and Movement practices. We approach this work from a trauma informed perspective as we work to heal the energy within you. During our time together you will become more aware of what's been stored in your energetic and physical body and how to cleanse and heal it. You will become aware of your triggers and how they affect your day to day life. You will go deeply within yourself and discover more of who you truly are. You will be given daily practices that will assist you in shifting your energies and bring healing and alignment into your life. Communication will be available through email regularly for any questions or concerns as you move forward. Frequency of treatments is one session approximately every 1-3 weeks. This is a fully individualized plan based off of your needs. You may know what it is you would like to work on, or you may feel uncertain but are aware that you're stuck and need assistance. You will complete an energy assessment which will require answering a questionaire. This will assist me in knowing what areas require attention and how to best proceed for you. When our sessions together are complete, you will feel more aware of yourself and feel empowered to take control of your healing. Sessions can be done distance or in person. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your session. For Sessions with guidance (Reiki with Guidance and the Trinity Treatment) cancelations must be made within 48 hours. There are no refunds for no shows. Refunds are not given, reschedule only.
