Step into a year of support as you focus on healing and empowerment. This is for those that wish to have ongoing support and are ready to commit to caring for themselves, mind, body and energy. What's included in this 12 month commitment: 2x month 60 minute sessions (either in person or virtual) 6x group events (ceremony, sound bath, workshop for local option) 4x a year channeled guidance 1x personalized recorded healing hypnosis meditation Access to all of Sarah's recorded meditations Email communication whenever needed Cost: Option 1: In person workshops and ceremonies included $3830+hst Options 2: No in person workshops and ceremonies $3530+hst This fee covers the entire 12 months of sessions as listed above. Payment plans are available. This commitment guarantees you have the support you've been craving as you focus on: Healing wounds Navigating the Different Parts of You Trauma and Emotional Healing Energetic Cleansing, Alignment and Balance Deepening of Spiritual and Energetic Practices Empowering Yourself and Creating the Life You Dream Of During each 60 minute session, a variety of practices may be utilized, including Spiritual Counselling, Reiki, Sound Healing, Somatic Release, Guided Meditation Journeys, Spiritual Response Therapy, Past Life Regression, Healing Hypnosis, Breath Work and Yogic Movement Practices. As your guide, I am trained and highly experienced in working with a variety of experiences and goals. I bring a compassionate, flexible approach to our work together.
