I chose Solasta not only as the name of my company, but as the intention of my work. Solasta Healing Arts seeks to illuminate the truth inside each being. To illuminate all that is held deep within you. Illuminate the shadows. Illuminate the wounds. Illuminate your true essence and all the love that is held within you.
Solasta seeks to show you the way to the light inside of you, that you may shine in this world the way you were always meant to.

About Me
Hello! I'm Sarah.
I have had the pleasure of learning from many incredible teachers.
I am an E-RYT 500hr Yoga Instructor and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. My initial yoga training was through Moksha Yoga in Montreal 2012. I have also trained in Flow and Prenatal yoga with Moksha International.
I trained with Bryce Yoga in Vinyasa Yoga, Bernie Clarke in Yin Yoga and Gloria Latham in Kundalini yoga.
In 2016 I traveled to India to train in traditional Hatha and Pranayama with Sri Sahay Gyanshankar.
My explorations in the world of yoga inspired my journey into Energy Healing. I trained to become a Reiki Master/Teacher, registered with the Canadian Reiki Association. I have also trained in Spiritual Response Therapy, Sekhem and Spiritual Counselling, including the Emotional Freedom Technique and Spiritual Kinesiology. I have studied Hypnosis and Past Life Regression. I am also trained in Sound Therapy through the Institute of Traditional Medicine.
In 2019 I traveled to China to study with a Daoist Master, diving deeper into energetic movement and meditation.
In 2022 I received a trauma certification from Wilfred Laurier University, to bring a trauma informed approach to my work.
I am honoured by each and every person who invites me to share a piece of their journey with them.
