Please join me for a yin/restorative yoga practice followed by a guided yoga nidra. The practice will be accompanied by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls.

Throughout our 90 minutes together you will experience gentle stretching in yin yoga postures. No yoga experience is necessary. Each posture will be held for a few minutes to allow for deep relaxation of the body. This will allow for your physical body to release tension and stored energy that is ready to let go.

Following this, you will enjoy a deeply restful savasana with verbal guidance. Yoga Nidra is the practice of yogic sleep. You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation.

Crystal singing bowls will accompany your practice with moments of intentional silence. This will invite in deeper energetic release and healing.

Please bring a yoga mat, bolster or firm pillow, a blanket and 2 yoga blocks.
