Please join me for this deeply relaxing experience! 

During our time together you'll be guided through gentle yoga postures, spending several minutes resting in each sensation while the frequency and vibration of crystal singing bowls washes over you. 

Each yoga posture will be instructed as a gentle, supported sensation allowing for the deepest relaxation possible. 

As we move through each of the 7 chakras, you'll be offered a posture to target that chakra, a visualization or breathing technique should you choose to utilize it, and the sound of a singing bowl to assist that area to cleanse and align. 

Moments of intentional silence will also be included. 

We'll end with an extended, guided rest with sound. 

No yoga experience required.

Please bring a yoga mat and any yoga props you have. Pillows and blankets will work for those who don't have yoga props.
