Please join me for a 90 minute yin practice, accompanied by the sound of crystal singing bowls. 

This practice features gentle/passive yoga postures to stretch and nurture the body.  Each posture will target a certain chakra, and will be accompanied by a crystal singing bowl to increase energetic flow to this area.  

Please bring your own yoga mat, yoga blocks, bolsters, pillows, etc.  Props will not be provided.
