Please join me for the Summer Solistice Sound Bath! This session will bring energetic cleansing, balance and alignment as we shift from Spring into the vibrancy of Summer. 

I encourage you to bring a drum to this one, as we'll start off with group drumming before you get relaxed and ready to rest and receive. You do not have to participate in the drumming. You are welcome to simply sit and absorb! 

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath is a deeply immersive, full body meditative experience where you are bathed in sound waves. The power of frequency and vibration offers your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies therapeutic and restorative benefits. Sound Baths can release tension from your body, improve your mood, assist with physical healing, cleanse emotions and offer a transformative energetic experience.

Crystal singing bowls, drums, gongs and other instruments will offer strong and pure vibrations to bring about a deeply healing experience.

This Sound bath features minimal to no verbal guidance.

When: Thursday, June 20th

Time: 7:30pm-8:30pm

Where: Absolute Chiropractice and Wellness - 3774 Walker Road (enter through the first door closest to the street)

Cost: $25

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillows, eye pillow and anything else that will help you be comfortable.
