Please join me for the return of Sound & Ceremony. 

We gather with love and intention, as we journey together to access higher wisdom within ourselves during the energy of the New Moon. 

We begin with a grounding drum meditation. 

This is followed by an offering of Cacao. If you choose, you can skip the cacao.

We then experience an awakening breathwork practice, followed by free movement. 

After which we'll settle for a guided sound meditation to understand what fears block us from accessing our higher wisdom, and potentially access a place within ourselves in which we can see more clearly. 

This will be followed by a releasing and growing ceremony. 

There will be time to journal and integrate.

Cost $50 (includes hst) 

Please bring a mat, cushion/bolster or something to sit on. Water. Journal and pen. 

You must be 18 years or older to attend.
