Please join me for a Sound and Ceremony to explore and invite healing to the Mother Wound.

During this gathering we will take time to explore this wound and invite in cleansing and healing for both our inner child and our adults selves.

During our time together, we'll explore what the Mother Wound is and how it affects us. This will be followed by a meditation for connecting with the parts of us that hold the Mother Wound, as we explore the roots of our wounds, the possibility of forgiveness, cleansing and healing around Mother.

We'll then engage in ceremony to energetically invite healing deeper within ourselves.

This event is limited to 10 participants.

Please bring a meditation cushion or something to sit on, water, a journal and pen. You are welcome to bring a yoga mat for more comfort or if you prefer to meditate lying down. Blankets, etc. are also welcome.
