Please join me for a sacred women's gathering that uses a somatic approach to our healing and awakening.

Why Rebirthing? Because we are born and reborn many times throughout this life. We birth new versions of ourselves all the time, and it's time to become the conscious creator of who we birth ourselves to be next.

Each session will focus on our vessel, the physical body, and how it stores energy, emotion, and trauma as well as power, instinct and intuition.

We will work through what is stored in our bodies that holds us away from our true Selves, and the truest expression of that Self, by accessing it within our vessel using somatic based practices. This will involve specific movement practices that will be accessible to all, with lots of freedom of choice in how you wish to move. There will also be a strong focus on restorative practices…
