Did you know pranayama, or breathwork, is one of the most powerful tools to regulate your nervous system?

There are so many reasons to breathe in a conscious and controled manner. We spend much of our day breathing, but not thinking about the fact that we're breathing. We're cycling prana, energy, life into our bodies all day long. Unfortunately, most of us are breathing in a way that doesn't fully allow for the benefits of our breath to move through our system as they're meant to, and we lose the healing power of our breath.
Shallow breathing, the way we breath for the majority of our day, is keeping us alive, but not healthy. It's time to reclaim the power of our breath.
In this 21 day challenge, we will meet online each morning in the practice of pranayama, or yogic breath control exercises. There's no experience necessary. On day one, we'll learn all the techniques we're going to be practicing, and there will be lots of time to get comfortable with them.
As with any practice, it takes time to get comfortable and fully receive the benefits we seek. You must be commited to try.
