Please join me on the morning of the last day of 2022 for a Sound Bath and Intention Setting workshop. 

During our time together, we will explore our energetic system in order to feel out our needs and wants for the upcoming year. 

You will enjoy a guided sound bath that will take you deeply within yourself to cleanse the energy of 2022, gain insights into your heart and mind, and prepare your energy for 2023. 

You'll take time to write down your reflections of the past year and intentions moving forward. 

There will be a candle ceremony to cleanse and release the past year, as well as preparing a candle for January 1st to welcome in your intentions. 

You will recieve a spirit animal guide for the upcoming year to assist you on your path forward and connect with your spirit team to prepare for the year to come.

Please bring a yoga mat, meditation cushion and any other items to assist you in being comfortable.
