Please join me for a twice a week Meditation practice.
This practice will begin with 30 minutes of yin/restorative postures in order to release tension and increase energetic flow to prepare the body to sit.
Following this nourishing stretching we will meditate for 30 minutes.
Meditations will be guided, or certain techniques will be offered.
Begins March 4th, ends March 29th.

You will receive a Zoom link that will provide you access to all sessions. There is no need to register for individual sessions. Just show up when you want to!
