Please join me for a Mantra and Meditation 6 week series! 

Each one hour class will feature the chanting of Mantra to open the chakra system, followed by meditation.

No experience is necessary.

The vocalization of Mantra can strengthen your auric field, shift your brain, clear the subconscious mind and help regulate your nervous system.

This is a powerful practice with immediate results.

When: Monday evenings - Nov 1, 8, 15, 22, 29, Dec 6

Time: 7:00pm-8:00pm

Where: 1825 Manning Road, unit 400

This group is limited to 12 participants.

Payment must be made through email transfer to info@solastahealingarts.com immediately on registering.

Once purchased, refunds can be made no later than 48 hours prior to the first class.  Beyond 48hrs a refund will not be given.

Please bring a meditation cushion, bolster, pillow, etc. to sit on. Any other props to assist you in feeling comfortable are welcome.

A mask must be worn until you are situated in the space. If you prefer to wear your mask for the duration of the class, that is of course welcome. If that is your preference I recommend a disposable mask for this class as it will be easier to breath in.
