Please join me for a Mantra and Meditation Practice. 

No experience necessary. There is no need to already know the mantras or to have been practicing them. This is a very beginner friendly practice. 

This one hour class begins with vocal chanting of the chakra seed mantras. These are very basic, but powerful mantras that awaken and cleanse each of the chakras. 

The mantras are as follows: LAM, VAM, RAM, YAM, HUM, OM

Following the chanting of the mantras, we sit in quiet meditation and observe thoughts and sensations. 

When: Monday, February 21st

Time: 7pm-8pm

Where: Jem Glamorganics Spa - 1825 Manning Road, Suite 400

Cost: $20+hst (22.60)

Cancellations will be refunded up to no later than 48 hours prior to the event.  Beyond 48 hours, there are no refunds and no transfers. 

Please bring a meditation cushion or something to sit on.
