• 8 weekly scheduled zoom workshops – 2 hours each, in which we discuss the weekly chakra, practice specific exercises to bring awareness and healing, and have a Q&A.
• A PDF Chakra manual containing in depth information on each center, reflection and journaling prompts, and action steps to be taken.
• 8 recorded meditations
• 8 recorded guided affirmations
• One on one access to communication throughout the week for questions and further guidance

Weekly meetings take place Sundays at 3:30pm EST.

Each Online workshop is approximately 2 hours.

All meetings will be recorded and posted. You will have full access to all content if you are unable to attend the live session.

October 24th– The Crown Chakra – Surrender to Purpose

October 31st– Putting it All Together
