This 2 hour workshop focuses on the energy of fear.  

First, we discuss the energetics of fear and how it plays into our daily lives. 

We explore individually what your fears are, where they live in your body/chakra system and how to raise the frequency of fear into a balanced and healthy state. 

This workshop features learning, journaling, meditation and energetic practices.
