Please join me for a workshop to assist you in connecting with your spirit guides. 

Each individual comes to Earth with specific guides that stay with them for the duration of their incarnation here, and receive from other guides who come in at certain times to assist with certain things. These guides come in the form of angels, galactic beings, spirit animals, ancestors, etc.  Some guides protect, some assist in grounding and stabilizing, and some are just all around helpers. You have many guides that make up your spirit team. 

In this two hour workshop, we will discuss the different types of guides, which guides to call on for what purpose and enjoy a meditation practice to connect with them. 

This workshop features learning, journaling, meditation and energetic practices.

Please bring a meditation cushion/bolster to sit on, a notebook and pen, and water. Please wear comfortable clothing.  

Please note: refunds will be given up to 48 hours prior to the workshop. Beyond 48 hours no refunds will be given. Payment is not transferrable to another workshop.
